University of California Los Angeles is one of the most famous or powerful football teams in the college division. They are known to go all the way and take some bowl titles.  They may not have recently made it to the Rose Bowl, but UCLA can hold their ground and get the scores that they need to go to a college bowl game. Spring '06 is here and the UCLA football team is already practicing for the upcoming season.  The football season does not kick off officially until September but it is at this time that the team needs to recover from that season and learn more plays or bulk up.  They practice numerous times a week so that the UCLA coach can be happy knowing that season brings in just a couple months.

University of California Los Angeles is one school that probably shows their school pride and lets everyone know it.  UCLA students are known to be a little over-excited about the success of their football team.  In fact, many students have already committed themselves to the game and to the team before recruiting was done.  Students like what UCLA stands for and take pride and support their school.  The fall season line up may not be official yet, but Head coach, Karl Dorrell is excited about the fall season and has lately been doing some work for UCLA fans.  For UCLA football fans, Dorrell has set up a camp that will allow them to train, play, and everything else with the team.  To fans, this is a great honor and for the school a great promotional tool.  The fans will get to play with the team on a day in June.  The cost of the camp is over a thousand dollars and varies depending on how much activity the fan wants to do.  The camp will last only a few days.  This just on of the many great activities, that Dorrell has done to support the school and give his team different ways to train and practice.  It is something special that will go down in UCLA football history.

However, as for the teams success, that can be stated by the number of players that have gone professional because of the success they had with UCLA.  UCLA has many professional football players that represent numerous teams.  To name a few players that went pro, Tommy Maddox (Steelers), Ben Emanuel (Panthers), and Keyon Coleman (Cowboys).
